No Entrance Fee

(except for field trips) You pay for your fruit at $2.49 lb. Waxed, reusable boxes are 55 cents each, which you can use again and again.

In the spring, we provide a total farm experience for families where you can go into the fields and pick your own strawberries.

In the fall, the farm is only available to the public in group or school tours.

We also raise and sell pasture raised, grain-fed Longhorn Beef. Come see these beautiful, fascinating animals, and many others.

Lean, Grain Fed Beef for Sale

Introduce your children to farm animals at our petting zoo. We have a great playground for younger children, with pedal tractors, the fort, a giant sandbox, and covered picnic areas. The farm and petting zoo are open to the public in the spring, however in the fall, admission is only available with group reservations and school tours.

Buy Texas longhorn cattle for breeding or beef at Southern Comfort Berry Farm in Bushwood, Maryland We also raise Longhorn Cattle for breeding stock, and for delicious lean beef. Longhorn beef is lower in saturated fats, and has less cholesterol and calories than chicken! Our beef is raised in the pasture, grain-fed, and given no hormones or antibiotics. Delicious taste, and the confidence of knowing where your beef comes from, and how it is raised!
