Enjoy a beautiful family outing in Maryland's scenic St. Mary's County, the first county established in Maryland, along the banks of the Potomac River. Experience a real working farm, leading your kids out to the fields to pick their own fruits or vegetables.
We have pick your own strawberries around early-May through mid-June. Please call first. We also have fresh vegetables available in season in the market.
Every spring, in addition to picking strawberries, please plan to stay awhile and enjoy the playground, covered picnic area.
We plant over 9,000 strawberry plants, specially chosen to produce sweet, bright red, juicy strawberries perfect for family picking. Our strawberries begin ripening in May, and may last well into June, depending on the weather.
Be sure to bring your camera!
In Sept. and Oct., we offer PYO raspberries and pumpkins.. The kids will love our mini corn maze designed for our smaller guest, so parents and teachers can relax.
We offer 3 types of raspberries; 2 red and 1 yellow. Our berries are sweet and pair nicely together. Be sure to pick a pumpkin to take home.
