(except for field trips) You pay for your fruit at $2.50 lb. Waxed, reusable boxes are 55 cents each, which you can use again and again.

In the spring, we provide a total farm experience for families where you can go into the fields and pick your own strawberries.

We also raise breeding stock Longhorn Cattle. Come see these beautiful, fascinating animals, and many others.

Plump, delicious juicy red pick your own strawberries at Southern Comfort Berry Farm in Bushwood, Maryland Enjoy a beautiful family outing in Maryland's scenic St. Mary County, the first county established in Maryland, along the banks of the Potomac River. We have pick your own strawberries around early-May through mid-June. Please call first. We also have fresh vegetables available in season in the market.

Family fun picking your own strawberries at Southern Comfort Berry Farm in Bushwood, Maryland We plant over 9,000 strawberry plants, specially chosen to produce sweet, bright red, juicy strawberries perfect for family picking. Our strawberries begin ripening in May, and may last well into June, depending on the weather.
