Fun for Kids (and Families)!
Kids and families love just being on the farm, and especially a beautiful farm in the rural countryside of St. Mary's County, Maryland. The farm and petting zoo are open to the public in the spring, however in the fall, admission is only available with group reservations and school tours.
Farm Animals
We have a variety of farm animals just waiting to get acquainted. including our horse, Genny; Moe and Millie, the calves; Jacob and Isaac, two very independent lambs; and of course, Jack, our lovable donkey. On the farm, of course, we have several hard-working chickens, a contented old rooster, and other farm favorites to watch and study.
You'll also want to get acquainted, at a respectful distance, with our herd of majestic Texas Longhorn cattle.
Maze
The kids will love challenging our winding and twisting maze—it's all open and safe, so mom and dad can relax and enjoy.
Pedal Tractors
We have a small fleet of pedal tractors for the young ones to enjoy, powered by happy children enjoying the great outdoors.
Play Areas
We have lots more play area, in addition to a covered picnic area where the family can simply enjoy the farm, or spend time learning about and loving each other.
